Crystals for Anxiety - simply the best!

Like most things, our own personal experience and needs will differ.

For example what gels with 1 person might not for the next. I have had clients suggest that Amethyst did nothing for them, even did their head in to some degree but others say it was a "God Send".

Our energies and connections and DNA, all work in marvellous, often mysterious and amazing ways.

It also comes down to our thought patters and intentions - especially if you are "aware" or "spiritually awake". For example, I personally would not use Amethyst for Anxiety because I see it as a Psychic elevator more than anything else or a protector. However, as I said before, everyones needs and thoughts are different. However, if it was a psychic attack that was causing you anxiety or stress, my mind would accept it's use.

Rhodonite - A crystal I would recommend when you have lost all hope. It's power can be overwhelming and have the opposite effect of desire IF it does not gel with your energy but it is a kick ass stone.

It will suppress against all odds, your anxiety and aids in ceasing some panic attacks.

It may bring up feelings of the past, that have allowed emotional wounds to manifest and take it by the horns and throw it to the side, letting them know, you are done with this crap.

Citrine - Such a beautiful soft and inspiring stone. This little conductor will compose you a musical piece that will sway you to rest and sleep, feeling cuddled on a cold winters day, in a snug blanket in front of a fire place - it is warming.

Clarity, motivation when all else is lost, this little wonder is a favourite of mine. She will unwind the days tensions and keep you feeling on top of a cloud.

Moonstone - Moonstone is a great stone when it comes to pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, hell fertility itself! Women young or old - this is particularly great for stabilising emotions ie associated to hormones. Strength, growth, she will give you a feeling of positivity even when you are looking at the world at it's most bleak.

Men may find it a gentle and feminine stone that helps remove blockages when it comes to their emotions. Calming.

Celestite - Celestite is said to activate the higher placed chakras: Throat Chakra, Third Eye, and Crown chakra and infuses with energy the organs of these chakras, possibly aiding in healing of associated disorders of the brain, eyes, nose, throat etc.

All that being said, my recommendation is to use each stone as you feel drawn to it or the need for it. Alternatively you could keep everyone stone on you in some form of it ie necklack, ring, earrings OR you could also store in a pouch and touch them each time you feel the need to.
